If you're a fan of The Victorian Candle Co's scents, the VIP box is perfect for you!

We're introducing a monthly subscription box where VIP members are gifted a box of amazing scents, gifts and products sent straight to their door each month.

 

Your box will include 

  • At least one seasonal or trending candle delivered each month, with free shipping.
  • Other popular candle scents that compliment the season
  • Permanent discounts across product ranges for VIP members only.
  • Exclusive products available only to VIP members.
  • A small gift in each box

Each month we'll change the scent and style of candles included to keep the deliveries as exciting as possible and so that every month is a lovely surprise. We'll follow the seasons, giving you the perfect scents for every mood and time of year. 

What might I find in a box?

You're guaranteed at least one brand new candle scent every month, and a mixture of existing complimentary scents to match perfectly. We're also constantly testing new products and rely on customer feedback, this could include things like wax melts, soaps, room sprays, different sized candles and much more!

Alongside this, you'll receive a small gift from us each month. 

As a VIP member, you get access to exclusive discounts so look out for the codes in your box.

 

How it works

  • Payment will be taken immediately for your July box
  • Your card will be charged on the 1st of each month to guarantee your monthly box.
  • Subscription boxes are all despatched by the 18th of each month with the cut-off day for orders being the 14th of each month. Orders placed after the 14th of each month will receive next months box. Delivery is included in the price of the subscription.
  • Your subscription will continue to run until you update your preferences.
  • We carefully choose the contents based on the seasons, our best-sellers and current trends.
  • Subscription boxes are only available for delivery within the UK.

      What if there's a scent I don't like?

      We hope that you'll enjoy all of the different scents and products we offer but if you find one that's not your cup of tea, we hope you'll be able to gift it to friends or family, it's always useful to have a spare gift in the drawer!

      Tracked 24 - 90% of the time, this option delivers next day. 

       

      Do you deliver overseas?

      We're really sorry but we don't currently offer overseas shipping. However, we hope to offer this service in the near future. 

      Can I return an item?

      We hope you will be delighted with your order, however we accept returns within 14 days provided the candle has been unused and is in good condition in the original packaging. 

      How do I get a refund/exchange?

      Please email VictorianCandleCo(at)gmail.com quoting your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back to us and we will happily assist you

       

      How long do I have to return an item?

      We offer a 14-day returns policy for unused items in good condition

      What postage method should I use?

      If you choose to return or exchange an item that is not damaged/faulty then, unfortunately, you will need to pay for the cost of postage as we are a small business. As we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit we advise you to get proof of postage.

      How long will it take to process my refund?

      Once your candle has arrived back safely with us we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days. 

      What if my item is faulty?

      Every order is carefully checked and packed but if you do receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit please email us at VictorianCandleCo(at)gmail.comas soon as possible so that we can put everything right.
