Shipping & Returns

Dispatch
Every order is handmade and poured by us in Carlisle. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. In busy periods, such as the run up to Christmas, this can take longer. We'll always do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery
We send orders with Royal Mail 48, which usually arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Free UK delivery on orders over £30. Under £30, delivery is charged at checkout.

Do you deliver overseas?
We don't currently offer overseas shipping.

Can I return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in good condition in its original packaging. Email victoriancandleco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason before sending anything back.

Who pays for return postage?
If the item isn't damaged or faulty, you'll need to pay return postage. We advise getting proof of postage.

How long will my refund take?
Once your return has arrived back with us, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Email victoriancandleco@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll put it right.
